Product Use:
As a kind of inorganic fine chemicals, Aluminum Tripolyphosphate is an environmentally friendly antirust pigment with the advantages of good storage stability and weather resistance. It can be mixed with alkyd resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, epoxy polyester, acrylic acid, melamine resin, benzene propylene emulsion, organic silicone resin, polyaniline resin, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated rubber, etc., to prepare antirust coating, zinc-rich primer, thick slurry coatings, powder coatings, organic titanium corrosion-resistant coatings, rust coatings, fireproof paints, heat-resistant paints, waterborne coatings, etc., and the color can be freely adjusted. The color can be freely adjusted, and the antirust performance is better than that of reddan, zinc chrome yellow, and other pigments, and the effect of use is good, which is favored by the users.
In addition to being used as anticorrosive pigment, aluminum tripolyphosphate can also be applied in the following fields: (1) catalyst, aluminum tripolyphosphate is a solid acid, weak acidity, acidity is larger. Using its structure H-O-bond oxygen to hydrogen binding and release, can be used as a catalyst for dehydration, polymerization and other reactions, reduce the activation energy of the reaction, improve the reaction speed. (2) Refractory materials, using aluminum tripolyphosphate after heat to remove crystalline water, remove the molecular structure of water, remove P2O5, and finally generate solid and stable aluminum orthophosphate, used in the manufacture of refractory mud, refractory bricks, refractory concrete, can play a role in extending the life and improving the strength of the effect. (3) Adsorbent, aluminum tripolyphosphate can adsorb gases with odor such as ammonia and amines, and neutralize the reaction with them to produce odorless ammonium salt, so as to achieve the purpose of deodorization. (4) Hardener, aluminum tripolyphosphate can react chemically with water glass to solidify it, and the material obtained has the characteristics of acid resistance and water repellency.

STORAGE:To avoid weathering, store in a dry place and avoid drastic changes in temperature. Products that have been opened should be packaged tightly to prevent moisture absorption and contamination.
