PRODUCT APPLICATION:
ZP-L is a phosphate antirust pigment modified with zinc phosphate, which can be used to formulate various kinds of antirust paints.ZP-L pigment has small refractive index, high transparency, and has little effect on the gloss, ZP-L is suitable for water-based alkyd resins to formulate paint with the best effect.
Zinc phosphate (ZP-L) is a colorless antirust pigment with good stability. It has good water resistance and corrosion resistance, and it has double functions of protection and decoration on the same coating, and it has affinity with any paint, so it can keep good consistency and stable storage.
It is widely used in coil coating, color steel renovation paint and other industry coating materials. Therefore, it is easy to adjust the color in the paint, and can be used with other pigments to formulate various colors; it is generally recommended to add 3-8%, and it can also be debugged in appropriate amount to achieve the best anti-corrosion and anti-rust effect.
